Cleo bezbranne plávala smerom na more lebo ten čln sa pokazil a chýbala mu súčiastka
.Keď tu zrazu do člnu skočila Rikki ktorá všetko vedela lebo ona ukradla tú chýbajúcu súčiastku.Tak ho opravila a už sa plavia na more.Cestou prilákajú Emmu ktorá veľmi neochotne ale nastúpi.Už sa vezú.Keď tu zrazu blízko Makka sa im zasekne vrtuľa.
Nič im nezostáva iba plávať na Makko.Tam sa Cleo šmykne a spadne k mesačnému jazierku a nemôže von.Postupne k nej príde Emma a potom Rikki.Blíži sa ku polnoci a Emma nájde cestu von.
Ale je v tom jeden háčik : tá cesta vedie pod vodou .A Cleo nevie veľmi dorre plávať. Nakoniec ju prehovoria a Cleo vojde do vody a zasvieti na nich akurát mesiac, voda začne bublinkovať. Nikto nič netuší.Až na druhý deň každý sa dotkne vody a zmení sa na morskú pannu.
Nikto nevie prečo a čo sa to snimi stalo až pochopia že sú morské panny a že byť morskými pannami je veľká sranda.
